In reaching that perfect health we have been exercising regularly and maintaining a good nutritional balance. But many of sudden death from heart attack to attack the athletes or people who we know to be true to maintain health. As if we woke up there was one missing link in our efforts to maintain health.
Modern medical world is now familiar with the term the Triumvirate of Health, which means the three main components of health. The three are: physical fitness, balance, nutrition and healthy sleep. Sport and keep the food menu is not enough.
Sleep
Sleep is often interpreted as non-active period of life. But do not misunderstand me, sleep occurs in the process of the active phases of life. This is why many societies in the world of sleep medicine specialists use the yin-yang symbol as the basic logo. This is to show the philosophy of sleep medicine which views the balance between wakefulness and sleep. The period of sleep is important for human quality in time awake. So sleep is important for health practitioners to assess the quality of life of sleep health.

This is a Warning for Those who Regularly Consume Drugs Painkillers
Pain Relief Drugs Trigger Stroke Risk. This is a warning for those who regularly consume drugs painkillers. Recent research indicates experts in Canada, the consumption of painkillers on a daily basis and in high doses may increase the risk of heart attack and stroke by 40 percent.
According to researchers, patients who regularly consume diclofenac (a pain reliever and anti-inflammatory), will have heart problems two-fifths higher. Meanwhile, the use of pain relieving drugs such as ibuprofen have been associated with an increased risk of heart attack and stroke by 18 percent higher.
Diclofenac is one of the drugs of this type of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with chemical formula 2 – (2,6-dichloranilino) phenylacetic acid. Type of NSAID drugs are commonly used to treat rheumatism, lumbago, gout headaches and flu.
A small study group of researchers from Hull York Medical School and the University of Toronto, Canada, has studied and compared the effects of the use of painkillers on the low and high doses (for a more serious complaints). Investigational drugs that are quite diverse, ranging from the type used in hospitals, prescription drugs, to drug-common painkillers such as ibuprofen and naproxen found. What Happens to Your Body if You Sleep at Afternoon?
On the sidelines of an exhausting activity, nothing is more effective than a nap to restore energy. Although for a while, a nap can improve performance and concentration as well as returns. So, what exactly happens when we sleep?
Drowsiness during the day is actually triggered by a chemical called adenosine causes drowsiness, which was formed in the body throughout the day. If the night before we sleep deprivation, high levels of adenosine can cause us to become tired and sleepy during the day.
As with any sleep at night, during naps also occurred repair body cells. However, most do not reach the phase of nap sleep in, unless you’re feeling very tired you may experience REM (rapid eye movement) or the phase we are dreaming, in the daytime.
But the REM phase is too fast can cause us to wake up feeling dizzy before entering REM sleep we actually need in a long time.

Alpha Radiation Treat Cancer
The doctors at the Royal Marsden Hospital London tested the use of alpha radiation to treat prostate cancer. The result, patients live longer, experience less pain, or side effects. Therefore, tests on 922 people were stopped prematurely.
The doctors feel is unethical if it does not give equal treatment to those who received placebo (a substance that does not contain the drug, used as a comparison in the study). Cancer researchers in Britain said the discovery was important and very promising.
The study was presented at the European Multidisciplinary Cancer Congress, but has not been reviewed by other academics. Radiation used to treat tumors for almost a century. Function, damage the genetic code in cancer cells. Alpha particles known to be very large and destructive radiation in the universe. Namely, a series of helium nuclei are much larger than the beta radiation or gamma waves.

Be careful! Fat Kid Tend to Feel Inferior
Children aged four and five years whose weight is greater than other children her age would fight harder to build relationships with other children in a few years later, according to a study in Australia, as quoted by Reuters.
The researchers led Michael Sawyer, a professor at the University of Adelaide, examined 3300 children aged four years and found the fact that obese children will experience social difficulties at the age of eight or nine years.
“The quality of relationships in pairs during this time period has the potential to create an impact (negative) significant impact on children’s mental health,” Sawyer wrote in an email to Reuters.
The researchers surveyed 3363 Australian children, while the interview is held when a child aged four or five years, then they asked again five years later. Measured from these children is the mental health and behavior, such as emotional problems, hyperactivity, and social skills.
The child’s body weight was also measured each time they grow older. At the age of four and five-year, 222 boys (13 percent) and 264 girls (16 percent) categorized as excess weight (overweight), while 77 boys (4.5 percent) and 87 girls (5.2 percent) were considered obese.
